The seeds of North American origin (Canada and USA) are pressed at low temperature without damaging exposure to light, heat, oxygen and reactive metals, thus preserving the integrity of the fragile polyunsaturated fatty acids. Extracted without use of hexane or any other processing aids. Organic garlic and chilies are used to naturally infuse the oil. Packaged in opaque non-reactive and fully recyclable HDPE containers without light and oxygen, and flushed with inert nitrogen to create oxygen-free environment.
INGREDIENTS: Organic, unrefined flax seed oil naturally infused with organic garlic and chili. Organic apple cider vinegar is used as an acidifying agent.

Shelf life of 1 year (unopened, when stored at temperatures not exceeding 18C/64F) from the date of manufacturing. Once opened, product should be refrigerated and consumed within 6-8 weeks.
Recommended serving size: 1-2 teaspoons per day.
